Z Hotel, Oakland

Checked in an hour early on a Saturday. Room was not ready but they gave me another room w 2 queens which was fine. Place was very clean and somewhat modern. It is an okder hotel though. Stayed 1 night, paid $30 for overniggt parking. Area was pretty cool with a few restaurants & bars all within walking distance. The diner next door was great too. Will stay again.

Convenient stop close to our late night train. The room was just ok(remodeled old motel). We stayed in a 5 star hotel in S.F. next day for same price. Over priced but felt safe and employees were friendly and helpful. The diner attached was good and reasonably priced.

RIGHT next to a commuter rail line, which kicks off around 4am. Staff was very friendly. Hotel room and lobby was clean. Plenty of restaurants and conveniences nearby. Very low water pressure in the shower.

Praying for parking in an empty hotel

The rooms are nice over all but they want you too pay 30.00 dollars for parking when I didn’t pay my car ended up getting broken into and the will not let me have a copy of the surveillance tapes until I talk to the police first which could take weeks underneath the COVID-19 restrictions

The hotel was not what I expected at all-we moved to another hotel. It felt cheesy and not a room I’d like to “hang out” in. The man at the front desk was was super friendly and understanding.
