Great for short stays

The staffs were really friendly. Although the check in was at 3, they prepared my room and gave the room 2 hours earlier. The room was clean and bright, everything was new in the room, beds were comfortable, bathroom was well cleaned. One of the problems was the hot water during showering that was getting hot and cold, the other thing that made me surprised was repairing the walls and the floors at the reception floor of the hotel which made the guests uncomfortable for passing through the hotel lobby.

I stayed there for 4 nights , first 2 nights no body come here to clean the room so I went to the reception then someone cleaned, and The check out time is 12 clock, they keep woke me up since 9 am every 30 mins for 5 times , what is your problem?

Needed to amend booking, by 48hrs offered over 5 weeks notice however was told by the hotel and Expedia that it was against against the hotel policy to amend bookings. Could understand if I was trying to cancel, or if it was short notice. Not very flexible for business traveller where plans can change. Had to lose the $189 and book another hotel. Will never book this property again for any future trips.

I was having an event on Saturday, I rented over 20 rooms for myself and my friends and everyone was happy with the cleanliness of the Hotel. But on Sunday the 2nd of October, 2023 at Afternoon by checkout time wasnt no one at the reception. I waited for close to 20mins, I went to search at the breakfast room if there was anybody there. On my way back, I say a man with bald hair claiming to be the manager of the hotel. I stopped him politely and told him I have been waiting and looking for him the whole time Sir. He shouted at me telling me you don’t talk to people like that here in Germany. I asked how did I talked to him, he told me to get out of the hotel, I ask him if this is how he totaled to customers, he walk to my face and continue yelling at me. I told him I need to pay for my Parking space and leave. He totally embarrassed me. That man need to be call to order or sacked.

Das Hotelzimmer ist leider schon in die Jahre gekommen. Am Stuhl im Zimmer sind viele Flecken. Auch so ist die Sauberkeit des Zimmers nicht gerade optimal, viel Staub und dreckige Wände. Das Hotel liegt direkt neben den Gleisen, wodurch man die Züge schon sehr laut hört. Auch die Klimaanlage des Zimmers ist sehr laut. Positiv hervorzuheben ist die einmal befüllte, kostenlose Minibar, auch war das Personal stets freundlich. Das Frühstück war passabel, positiv stechen vor allem die veganen Alternativen hervor, jedoch ist insgesamt die Auswahl recht beschränkt. Das Hotel hat eine gute Nähe zur Frankfurter Messe, in die Innenstadt muss man jedoch gute 30/40 Minuten zu Fuß gehen.

If I could give zero or negative stars, I would. The reception service was extremely disappointing. We booked a standard room with a specific request for twin beds, and at check-in, the receptionist confirmed that it was a twin room. However, when my family arrived, it turned out to be a double bed instead. When I raised the issue, the hotel manager sarcastically said, “If I could cut the bed in half, I would.” — not exactly the kind of service or professionalism you’d expect. They claimed the hotel was fully booked, yet twin rooms were still showing as available online for that day. Still, the manager refused to make any changes, insisting it was full until Monday. The room itself was tiny, outdated, and extremely noisy, being located right next to the train tracks. To make matters worse, the AC in the second room didn’t work. When we asked for a room change, the staff responded rudely, saying “Na, I gave you 514, not 513.” Completely unnecessary attitude. My friend waited over an hour in 30°C heat, only to receive no solution. Eventually, they had to bring their luggage down to the reception and firmly demand a new room — which finally worked.
