The number of staff at the check in or checkout times were not sufficient and this created line ups and caused inconveniences for everyone in those lineups, specially that there is not enough room between the front desk and the front door and at times it felt we would be lining up outside the hotel

Had to look for a last minute hotel and the Hyatt was a perfect fit. Only a few minutes away from Frankfurt Airport! Clean, friendly staff, nice gym, and good breakfast.

Was very disappointed in this property. First off, staff walked into our room while I was in the shower, my baby was sleeping and woke them and my husband was scrambling to figure out why they were coming in. The bed has massive craters from people sleeping in it. The ac did not work well at all, and then window barely opened so that wasn’t an option. The pillows were basically air. The bed spread had a rip into and weird stains on the curtains. Overall disappointed in my stay. One of the most expensive hotels on our trip.

The hotel is new and was very clean. The parking garage underneath was also easy to get to. The air conditioner took a while to start working, but it still wasn’t as cool as we would have liked it.

i loved the property but staff was so bad they dnt know what they charging for when i reservation clearly said and i always do from expedia that breakfast was free here we go they charging me 50 dollar everyday for breakfast we ordered something from reservation at 5 clock and waited till 10 clock called twice they never send it to our room had to go down never staying again here

A relatively new hotel with friendly staff, decent breakfast and great coffee in the rooms. The only thing missing is a shuttle for late arrival, but otherwise a great experience.

The hotel was great. But it was so hard to figure out how to get there! It's 90 seconds by local train, S-bahn I think, and it costs 2.25 Euros from the airport. (Credit card works.) Expedia kindly sent an email saying to take the S8 or S9 train. That's the easy part. The hard part was they forgot to say which way to take the train. Towards Wiesbaden is the wrong way. The other way, towards A something, is the right way. It's the Gateway Garden stop, or something like that. But when you try to buy a ticket and enter Gateway Garden as your destination, it can't find it. The hotel people say if you type in Frankfurt instead that that will work. I think. I thought it was hard to find the train station for the local trains in the airport but my husband thought it was clear. There were signs, probably only in German, probably something like "Regional Bahnhof". Americans might want to call the hotel before their stay and request clear directions for how to get from the airport to the hotel -- with clear directions, it would be easy. Without, it was difficult and stressful.

Very good hotel, spacious rooms, very clean! I would have appreciated a second pillow and a thicker blanket, but otherwise perfect. It was my second stay in this hotel and I will come again.
