"Don’t expect to talk to a live person during check-in; you’re dealing with an array of ATM-like machines. Had to find other means to inquire about things like shuttle, extra pillow, etc. I can deal with those technologies just fine, but I don’t like being forced to."

"I missed a connection in Frankfurt and was stressed. The Sheraton at the airport was like a soft landing with patient and caring staff and a comfortable stay. My only constructive feedback was the room was quite warm and was hard to get cool."

"I have stayed here a number of times while visiting Frankfurt. I have found the hotel clean and well maintained and I have found the staff helpful and courteous. Although I'm not a big eater, I've always found the breakfast very substantial, well laid out and plentiful."

"This without doubt is one of the nicest hotels I have stayed at in Frankfurt! Staff are always welcoming and friendly, the rooms are really modern, clean, fresh and a good shower! Plus the beds seem to be comfortable with various pillows to use. The restaurant is quality, breakfast choice and quality seems to be really good, dinner I had the bbq cauliflower wings and the Atlantic burger, both were delicious. This is my second time staying here and cannot recommend it highly enough and look forwards to staying again soon!"

"⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Exceptional service from the moment we arrived! We arrived in Frankfurt on an early morning flight, exhausted and jet-lagged, and the front desk staff were absolutely wonderful. We reached the hotel around 8:00 a.m., and they went out of their way to do a little juggling and get us into a room much earlier than expected. That extra kindness made such a difference. Being able to check in, rest, and recharge helped us enjoy our time in Frankfurt so much more. The hotel itself was a great choice, but it was the exceptional service from the team that really stood out. Highly recommend staying here, and a huge thank you to the front desk staff for going above and beyond for us. It was genuinely appreciated!"
