Unless you are broke don’t book this place. It’s not worth the money spent. The area is dodgy and rooms are so small you cannot even shower. It’s so small I still cannot believe it.

Love the spacious rooms, great price, good location walking distance to night life, and nice parking garage if you have a small car and drive slowly threw the entrance otherwise you will scrape the wheels on your vehicle as the opening to the garage is very narrow.

This property was extremely dirty. I couldn’t take a single minute staying here and ultimately moved hotels right after checking in. I didn’t even care to get a refund that is how atrocious the hotel was.

An inexpensive hotel conveniently close to the train station. The rooms are small but clean. The air conditioning works but cools the room slowly during very hot weather. Connection to the airport by S-Bahn is cheap and easy.

Great location, good service, fairly spacious
Clean room, fairly spacious, nice bathroom. We were on the sixth floor, directly next to the elevator, so that wasn't very pleasant! The room had coffee but no microwave or mini-refrigerator. Located directly across the street from the main Frankfurt train station.

The Leonardo is part of a regional chain of generally3 star hotels. The center of Frankfurt version suffers from the neighborhood which has deteriorated into a drug infested pit. The hotel rooms are recently refurbished and good size. Even with a tram line running by the hotel the double paned windows make the front rooms quit. Parking is a necessity and available. For vulnerable people look elsewhere, for a short stay bargain hunted, the Main RR station is across the square with lots of dining options.

Being so close to the main train station and having many food options was great. My disappointment with hotel was that I expected English speaking TV channels (CNN & BCC)...those were not working. Hotel claimed it was a technical problem but suspect they have dropped those channels to save money.

It was very convenient location to all the hot spots. We took the train and the hotel is right next to the train. The corner across the street is a little worrisome but the hotel itself is very comfortable and safe.

My room (301) was very good, spacious and comfortable. But, it was just beside the elevator: All the time that the lift was going up and down we could hear because of the bad soundproof. Besides that, my room was right next to a night club and the party continued until 3 am. So, if you are a light sleeper, it is better to avoid it. Otherwise, it has a spacious, clean and comfortable room.

Very creative camera work, the pictures posted on the Hotels.com site made the room look very comfortable, in reality it was a cold room with linoleum flooring and basic furniture. The room could do with a deep clean. Hotel has potential but needs a revamp. Staff very professional, polite and informative re: public transport and local area.

Very disappointing.
I would not recommend this hotel. It was not welcoming, comfortable or relaxing. Looked fine in the photos, bright and clean. Maybe it was like that once but certainly not the case now. The carpet in d hallway was filthy, the room had seen better days also. Duvet was stained, floor looked unswept, windows appeared to be barely hanging togther and did absolutely nothing to mute the noise from the street outside. The staff were friendly and informative but the hotel itself was a let down.

Tiny small hotel in a good place with very limited
The hotel is very small & not good as any other Leonardo hotels. Facilities are very limited. They have only one lift for both visitors & guests. So you need to wait & get away till you use it! Some of the Front disk team are not very professional. They don't know where to search for your name or your booking. It took too long time till we enter.
