The lobby had a lot of flies. The rooms are very small. The price is good but you can definitely find nicer hotels in the area.

A quick night before starting a tour. Staff was fantastic. So friendly and helpful! The room was clean with very cool vibe. The walls are a bit thin (could hear our neighbour turning on/off the wall mounted light switches), but luckily noise from the adjacent rooms did not bother us. We were able to grab a small dinner in the dining room, which was great. Tea and coffee in the morning were complimentary. Overall, nice stay, and would stay there again.

Good value for money
For a fairly cheap stay, the Moxy was comfortable, friendly, clean, and had decent amenities. My only complaint is about the cleaning procedures - I don't blame the cleaning staff at all, they were all very friendly and did an excellent job. However, it seems like they were not well trained at all on what is appropriate with regards to entering guests rooms. I had a cleaner come in my room extremely early in the morning (without knocking, or knocking so quietly I did not hear it), entering without knocking and not closing the door when asked to leave but instead insisting on putting towels down, and entering even when the do not disturb sign was up. I don't mind this so much if I am with my partner, but I was on my own and having a male cleaner enter unexpectedly made me feel very nervous. When solo travelling as a female, as I'm sure many people do at the Moxy, it is important to feel that your room is a safe space and you can control who enters it (unless there is a serious need for the hotel to enter your room of course). I hope Moxy can train their staff with proper protocol to keep people feeling safe in their rooms, because other than that I absolutely loved the hotel, had a great time, and thought it was excellent value for money.

Everything was self service. There was no phone in the room. So amenities like towels, electric kettle we had to go to reception to request. Even room refreshment had to be requested at reception. We did not know and just hung the ‘make up room’ tag outside of our door. No one changed the towels.

Great hotel in a very quiet and safe part of the city. The price and the cleanliness of the accommodation can't be beat. One of my favorite places to stay in Frankfurt. 15 walk to the S-bahn that takes you to the airport. I would highly recommend it for anyone having to spend the night in Frankfurt.

Stayed at several different Moxy and this one was not the best experience. The shower has heating issue, so the water was super hot or cold. Also the shower door was badly design that it was almost impossible to get out unless you squeeze yourself at the corner. Bed was sort of soft and could feel the spring. This was not an ordinary Moxy experience compare to what I had before.

Totally loved staying at Moxy, we stayed at both the west end and the airport Moxy. Phonomenal staff, fantastic, fun atmosphere! Will totally come back! Thank you for adding such a fun couple of nights to our stay in Germany!

We like that you had a nice stay with us despite our missing kitchen, we are not a classic hotel with a proper restaurant and full service but we do serve food for hungry mouth 24/7. Our food menu is limited but our staff knows best places in town and is not a biggy to have the food delivered here.
