The check out was at 8am! When asked for late check out they accepted to rxtend until 11am and made us pay USD 20 extra...i find it unacceptable in view of the price we pay for the night!!

I’m so glad I booked this hotel for my 14 hour layover . Super convenient, staff super friendly and the bed is 1000000 out of 10, so comfy . They were accommodating with my check out . Yes, it’s pricey , but either that or sleeping on the floor at the airport gate .

I booked this hotel for my parents who were flying from the U.S. to Shanghai and had a 12 hour layover at Frankfurt. The hotel is located in the same terminal as the gates so they didn't have to go through security checks. It was only a short walk from the gates and the check-in was very fast since I already did the online pre-checkin. My parents do not speak any German or English but didn't experience difficulty checking in. The hotel is a bit pricy but worth the money if you'd like to rest a bit between long flights.

This is an airport hotel - there are no frills, nothing exciting. It gets the job done. You're stuck in Frankfurt for hours and instead of sleeping on chairs, you can sleep in a bed with pillows. I would definitely do it again. Hotel staff was nice accommodating (gave us extra pillows and blankets and a comb). You have everything you need (albeit in a small room), and you can just roll out of bed and go to your gate. Would definitely recommend.

Virtually no where to eat after 9PM. Food only available from gift shops until 10PM, then nothing. Rooms not provided with bottled water or any glasses. Need more power outlets. Bedding was just a small comforter. No top sheet, blankets or extra pillows.

Once I got to the property it was fabulous. Clean, quiet and comfortable. Getting there was another story. Frankfurt airport is very large and confusing. I knew I had to get to concourse Z, but it was closed from the main route. Therefore, I went round and round. I had to collect my bag at baggage claim and was not able to check into my next flight until the next morning. I had no boarding pass. I went through security twice and finally was let through, On the verge of breaking down. This was 9pm. I don’t know if I would do this again at Frankfurt especially later in the evening.

The room provided a comfortable bed, a nice shower and it was very clean. Just be aware that the room is as wide as the bed is long, not an inch to spare. Not for people who don't like small spaces.

The l hotel is perfect - very clean convenient. I mean you’re just gonna ask for more and the gate for the hotel is like right next to my departure gate. It can’t be beat. The only thing is everything at the airport shuts down by 10 o’clock at night so if you need something to eat late at night, you’re out of luck fortunately, the hotel has snacks that you can purchase and a coffee machine.
