We had the apartment size hotel, which was very spacious. The room came with tea pot, microwave, fridge, safety deposit box and wine cooler. Air conditioning worked great and you could get breakfast, but we chose not to. Bed was very comfortable and a nice Roman bathtub. Convenient location to a small grocery store, laundromat and a couple of bakeries. The train station was probably about 15 minutes away by walking. But there are subways right across the street, that will take you into the train station. And trust me, you do not want to have a hotel right by the train station. Too busy and congested. We were very happy with this hotel.

I chose the NH Frankfurt Messe Hotel largely because it is a short walk (10 minutes) from main railway station. I stayed for two nights. The staff at reception were friendly and helpful. My room was comfortable, clean and a good size. I did not have breakfast at the hotel because on both of the mornings I was there I had to go out very early. The area around the hotel is a little quiet, and on both evenings I walked to the area around the station to eat. The NH Frankfurt Messe was good value for money.

Took a long time to check in, A/C in both of the rooms were not working, extremely hot and uncomfortable. Toilet seat was broken in one of the bathroom. Floor was not clean.

Very clean hotel. Staff were welcoming and polite. Limited service with regards to air conditioning. An unexpected day of significant heat made it necessary for in-room AC. We were given a room on the 4th floor. It was known that the entire 4th floor had AC issues. It was only after we were settled in to the room that we were offered a different room. It was unfortunate we weren’t put on a different floor in the first place. We declined the move and accepted the consequences. Overall, not terrible.

What I liked the most was the location, very close to the ISH 2025 venue. The breakfast was quite basic, with limited variety, but the quality was good despite the few options available. The room was spacious and comfortable, but the bathroom was too small, making it almost impossible for two people to be there at the same time without getting in each other’s way.

Achtung, nur 5 Parkplätze am Hotel

Das Hotel, bzw. die Zimmer sind absolut in Ordnung. Ich habe allerdings beim buchen übersehen, dass das Hotel nur über 5 eigene Parkplätze verfügt, welche natürlich alle belegt waren. Da dies von außen nicht sichtbar war bin ich den engen Weg zu den ausgeschilderten Parkplätzen hinter das Hotel gefahren. Als ich feststellte dass alles belegt war, bin ich zur Rezeption gelaufen. Der freundliche Herr riet mir in der Nachbarschaft, an der Straße nach einem Parkplatz zu suchen. Ich fand dann auch einen und bin dann mit meinem Koffer, in der Kälte zum Hotel gelaufen und morgens dann wieder zurück zum Auto. Als Geschäftsreisender ist das nichts für mich. Parkplatz am Hotel ist für mich die Mindestanforderung. Kann aber ja jeder für sich entscheiden.

Staff were lovely and hotel was okay, fairly average. Room was a little small and had two single beds rather than the requested double bed. There was a little fridge in the room but it was empty. Snacks and drinks had to be purchased in the lobby.

Die Kaffekappsel wurden nur teilweise aufgefüllt. Duschkopfe ist nicht fest in einer Stellung an der Stange arretierbar. Überall leichte Abnutzung erkennbar. Lüfter im Bad läuft immer durch. Verdunkelungsvorhang könnte blickdichter sein.

This is the perfect place to stay while I was in Frankfurt. The hotel is located in quiet neighborhood with proximity to restaurants (many great international foods), U-Bahn station, and a mall which has a drug store, a supermarket, and a decent food court (restaurant foods are better of course). You will feel safe walking through the neighborhood.

Ich habe anlässlich eines Konzerts in der Festhalle in dem Hotel übernachtet. Die Lage ist hervorragend - ich musste nur die Straße überqueren und war am Ziel. Auch das Parken ist sehr gut geregelt, wir haben im Parkhaus des Schwesterhotels geparkt. Auch zum Shoppen ist das Hotel sehr gut gelegen, das Skyline Plaza ist fußläufig binnen fünf Minuten erreichbar.

Wir hatten den Online Check-In bereits getätigt und mussten trotzdem nochmal alle Daten angeben. In der Hotelbeschreibung hieß es das Parkplätze vor Ort verfügbar sind, dem war leider nicht so. Die Empfangsdame konnte und auch keine alternativ Parkmöglichkeiten nennen, schade.
