"Pleasantly surprised by an upgrade to a larger two bedroom suite, which really wasn’t needed! However the central location of the hotel was excellent as was the staff and the whole experience! Very close to the Chain Bridge, which made it very accessible for an evening stroll after dinner! Would definitely recommend and will return!"

"The hotel and the adjacent New York Cafe were architecturally magnificent! The room and spa amenities were top notch. The staff members were all helpful. The location was convenient and walkable to restaurants and landmarks. Only negative comment is that the elevators needed a sweep on a regular basis. Getting our breakfast orders were slow at times. . Otherwise, everything was great. We will definitely stay here again. "

"Breakfast was very good with lots of choices, thick waffles and maple syrup - unusual in Europe! Room was clean, but a little small for a 4 night stay. No drawers to store clothes. There was a hanging canvas shelf with several cubbies for clothing. But it took up most of the room - so there was only room for 4 hangers stuck very close together. Would have been great for 1 or 2 nights when I don't unpack. Great location though - close to subway and Nyugati Train station"

"Excellent hotel! I would come back in a heartbeat. The only thing I’d suggest is that they try to fit a small bedside table into the room. We used a large window sill and made it work, and I know other room categories don’t have this issue. It was great!"

"The hotel was two blocks off what I imagine is the main street in Budapest. There were lots of shops and restaurants. We loved everything, but if I have to choose the greatest thing, I would say the staff cannot be beaten. Anything we requested, any question we had, was not too much trouble. Each and every member of staff earned high praise."
