"clean room"

"The mirror in the bathroom had mutiple cracks. Was woken up by house keeping cleaning room next to mine. The room TV was glitched and freezing first day couldn't use it. Technical support person came wnd day and said they were aware the issues. Then i couldn't order room service due to the technical issues. I had to go to lobby and order through the receptionist. Hours later got service. Was charged for it too. In-addition to the $46 parking for 1 hour when my wife came to have dinner with me before I flew back to Georgia. Both us are military and we would not recommend this hotel to others. "

"If booking for convenience to Airport Check-in, you get that for certain. Room was clean and generally comfortable, but there was no cold running water. Worse, the ice machine was broken and my key wouldn't let me onto another floor to get ice. Staff was somewhat responsive in that they sent ice up, but the maintenance that was supposed to check the water never showed up. Overall the Hilton Garden Inn next door is a better offering."

"Everything was good at NH Frankfurt Airpott. Rooms are basic but clean. And the food is good but not cheap. Breakfast for 21 euros is a good desl"

"The rooms are ready for some TLC. The carpets in both of our rooms were filthy and the paint is chipping off of the walls. It was unfortunate that the water dispensers on each floor were empty both times we stayed there this month. It was nice that there was a shuttle to and from the airport be be aware that it is not available all day. Our flight arrived in Frankfurt at 11:30am and the shuttle had already left so we were stuck at the airport until 4:30pm when the shuttle service resumed. The last shuttle to the airport from the hotel leaves at 10:30am so if you have a flight mid afternoon you will find yourself having to wait in the airport for many many hours. "

"The mattress was a bit uncomfortable but the location and price was convenient since I only needed a quick rest before my early flight. The airport shuttle bus was very convenient. "
