Long weekend getaway

Everything was as advertised. The cottage was very clean and just a few blocks from main street. The owners were very friendly and gave us some great suggestions about where to eat, wineries they like etc. It was the perfect place for our long weekend.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Wonderful cozy little guest house

I was in the area for the eclipse and enjoyed my stay. The owners where very welcoming, and it was very easy for me to come and go over the several days I was staying in “Texas Napa Valley.”

Cute clean cottage

We had a wonderful stay. House is very cute and clean. Grounds are well kept and we enjoyed a nightly fire outside and local wine. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location & Great Host

My daughter and I stay here for our annual Mother daughter trip. It was our first time to Fredricksburg and the owners were so kind and gave some wonderful recommendations. We loved the charm of this house and the location was wonderful. Just a few blocks from downtown. We took the bikes for a ride one night and found a great restaurant just a couple blocks over and then cruised around downtown to do some window shopping. We loved our stay and will be back again someday.

Perfect anniversary getaway location!

This property was a perfect place to spend our anniversary. The location was close to all Fredericksburg activities and the guesthouse itself was decorated beautifully. The owners were helpful. 5 stars!

Small but cozy.

This place was perfect for a weekend getaway with the wifey. It was walking distance from the main drag, restaurants and shopping. When we go back we will def stay here again. Oh and the owners were very nice and gave a lot of recommendations on where to eat, drink, and explose.

Very Cozy

Me and my wife had a great stay at Serendipity June 11-13 (weekend getaway). Great location, a couple mins from Main Street, there are bicycles on the property for use as well. The couple who owned the place are very friendly.
