"The location is great, the property is clean and well maintained. All the staff were friendly and helpful! However, we did encounter a large area power outage for more than 4 hours. The elevator was down the next morning when we needed to checkout. We needed to carry our large luggage via the narrow and long staircase from 2nd floor, which was very difficult for elders like us. Other than that, it is a good place to stay!"
