"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the ranch home. It was beautifully decorated, had everything we needed for comfort, and centrally located for every place we planned to visit. The local history and atmosphere of this area was fascinating. Our host was helpful and gracious. Highly recommend this home. "

"We very much enjoyed our stay in Kanab! This is a small shared space, but the owners thought of all the details. It has very nice amenities and beautiful views. We enjoyed the swim spa and putting green. Great central point to visit the national parks and Grand Canyon and come back to relax at the end of a long day of exploring! Owners were very kind and helpful but also gave us our privacy. "
Grand Canyon North Rim + Zion, Bryce, Grand Staircase, The Wave and Lake Powell
10/10 Excellent
"We had a wonderful time at our VRBO in Fredonia, AZ. We used this as our "home base" while we traveled to Bryce Canyon National Park, Zion National Park, and Grand Canyon National Park. (This was our southwest National Parks tour, as you can tell!) This was a great house within about an hour and half to all of these places. The nearby town of Kanab, UT had lots of dining options, ice cream places, and a few nice grocery stores. The home had a full kitchen and we were able to save money by cooking there a few nights. The beds were comfortable and we felt safe there."
Private Pool and Hot Tub at Kanab Luxury Home with Incredible Sunset Views and S
10/10 Excellent
"Perfect Home Base – Highly Recommend! We flew in from Missouri, spent four very expensive nights in Las Vegas, then headed to this peaceful home in Kanab—and it was exactly what we needed to relax and recharge! We stayed for 7 nights, and the house was perfect—3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a private backyard with a pool, hot tub, shaded patio, and outdoor seating. It was spotlessly clean, and check-in/check-out was a breeze. The air conditioning worked great, and the full-size washer/dryer was a huge bonus. The kitchen was impressively stocked with utensils, dishes, pots, pans, and even a cooler for packing lunches. We also enjoyed the 95-inch TV and super comfortable living room furniture after long days of exploring.Kanab is a great central base for visiting Zion, Bryce Canyon, and the North Rim of the Grand Canyon. The town has plenty of restaurants, stores, and charm. The management team was very responsive and helpful—quick to answer any questions and make sure our stay went smoothly. If you're considering this home—book it! The location, price, and comfort exceeded our expectations. We would absolutely stay here again."
"This is the first trip our entire family has been out west to enjoy the Grand Canyon and other National Parks. The home was exactly what we were looking for! Incredibly clean and well maintained. And the pickleball court and pool were a fantastic bonus. Kanab is a gem! Thanks for making our time away so enjoyable!"
"This tiny cabin was perfect to get some rest after a day of hiking some of the great local trails. The night skies at the cabin are nothing short of amazing. The space itself is modern and comfortable and clean. Highly recommended considering one of the tiny cabins for your stay in this area of Utah. "
