"Quit reading reviews and just rent this property. Easily the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept in a VRBO. Property manager was fantastic. A hail storm came in and pummeled the place, and we were super safe and comfortable. The area is calm and slightly remote, however, all the tourism stuff is just a few minutes drive away. I can’t believe the value offered. Pickleball, hot tub, pool are in amazing shape. Absolutely fantastic."

"Red Mesa Ranch is the perfect location for visiting Bryce, Zion, Antelope Canyon and the Grand Canyon. The home was very clean. We really enjoyed the fresh eggs, coffee and snacks the host provided. The outdoor space was perfect for watching the sunrise and sunset. Jim and Julie are fantastic hosts, they are available for any questions but respect your privacy.Looking forward to coming back"

"We very much enjoyed our stay in Kanab! This is a small shared space, but the owners thought of all the details. It has very nice amenities and beautiful views. We enjoyed the swim spa and putting green. Great central point to visit the national parks and Grand Canyon and come back to relax at the end of a long day of exploring! Owners were very kind and helpful but also gave us our privacy. "

"This tiny cabin was perfect to get some rest after a day of hiking some of the great local trails. The night skies at the cabin are nothing short of amazing. The space itself is modern and comfortable and clean. Highly recommended considering one of the tiny cabins for your stay in this area of Utah. "

"My husband and I stayed, and met friends that also stayed in the area, for 4 nights and it was perfect! The location is a perfect distance from town and to Zion and Bryce, allowing day trips to be convenient. Kanab is adorable, and the property location of the Tiny House is quiet with beautiful views from the upper balcony and lower patio. The house provided for everything we needed. A suggestion would be to provide body wash in the shower (shampoo and conditioner were provided), as the small wrapped soaps didn't lather or provide much cleaning ability after a sandy day of hikes. Other than that, we couldn't have been happier. We look forward to future trips!"
