"Clean room nicely appointed and equipped. We used the hot tub out front and lobby coffee. No breakfast is included but fridge was larger than most and microwave, kurig were in room. Walkable to IMAX theatre and restaurants. Safe area. "

"I was a little hesitant booking this and initially only booked it due to its convenience. The bldg. structues are old with the old motel vibe, however when we opened the door to the room we were very pleasantly surprised. Clean and updated. The bathrooms I dont beleive are updated other than flooring, paint and mirror, but it was still clean and functional. I would definitely book here again if we visit the Grand Canyon again. "
