"Room was very clean and in excellent condition. The lobby is beautiful, and the breakfast was very good. The staff was great, especially Eddy, very attentive and kind. In addition to providing excellent service, he gave us recommendations on places to visit in Flagstaff and provided a map. He even took the initiative to help us clean up when my 4-year-old son accidentally spilled a glass of milk. More people like Eddy, please"
