"When you stay in a national Park, you are paying for convenience. Rooms were bare bones and very expensive. If can stay just outside the park, the food should be much better and the accommodations cleaner. That said, I love what our country has done to preserve this land for future generations."

"To start, this is not a Tiny Home, it’s 1/2 a tiny home. The images are not representative of the unit. We had several problems the night we stayed in 61B. 1. As stated, it’s 1/2 a tiny home. 2. No chairs in the room or on the deck, only seat inside is the toilet. A picnic table is outside near the driveway. 3. No instructions for the heat/AC unit. 4. Nice soap/shampoo dispenser in the shower, no soap. 5. Gravel driveway and large rocks restricting vehicle access to the entrance make loading and unloading difficult. 6. The door lock is very annoying, it relocks after 5 seconds. 7. No place for luggage, we cleared off the counter with the microwave and used it to open our luggage. 8. Coffee pot had K cups but didn’t work. It spewed coffee out the back and sides. A mess to clean up. 9. Space to hang clothes, but no hangers. 10. When the representative returned my call we were already in Sedona. He said we should have reached out when we were there to receive any kind of refund. We were on a bucket list hiking trip for our anniversary and we just wanted the place to function as it should have, not chase the associate down every time something was wrong. It turned into a comedy of a situation. Hard to believe that so many things were not functional with such a large amount charged for “cleaning”. The tiny place could be cleaned in less than 15 minutes and $60 was charged! Besides that, if you want to try elsewhere, you’re in the middle of nowhere. 35 miles to nearest town"
