"Staff definitely is not happy to be at work. I came from LA area and expected to be welcomed more, without rolling eyes or phrases “OMG” on my request to get a receipt of my purchase at the lobby area. The room was clean. "

"Laundry was okay-the tiny house was very clean and tidy. Loved the deck above the house- great view of the sandstones. The inside pool was not heated- so a bit disappointed about that. Close to town and overall a good stay for a first time at a campground! "

"Good location with good customer service. Hotel is older. The first room assigned to us had an odd sulfur smell. The front desk staff reassigned a room without hesitation and indicated some of the rooms have an odd odor because of the old pipes. We picked this hotel because the photos online showed balconies off the rooms with views of lake Powell. It does not appear that there are any rooms with balconies, and our view was an ugly parking lot. Ask for an odd numbered room at check in if you want a view. The breakfast was fine, but the staff working the breakfast room were very friendly and good at their jobs. "

"In general, the hotel was good. The breakfast has different varieties. However, the bed sheets had some stains looks like blood and the staff didn’t change it during the room service. "

"Excellent all around! One of the bedrooms is separated, with its own entrance, but everything else matched the listing. The open floor plan of the living room/kitchen/dining room is large & comfortable, with plenty of seating. And the kitchen was well stocked. The hot tub was great and it was wonderful to be able to park in the garage. Most importantly, the communication with the owner was easy & direct. Would definitely recommend!"
