"Loved the location, able to walk to many of the Soulard areas! Bed were large and comfortable. The walls needs some touch ups with paint, but that doesn’t effect the visit quality at all! Communication was perfect! Host is so easy to reach and emails quickly for responses! Would stay again, especially with a larger group in Soulard!"

"The outside is a little deceiving. But once you walk in, you’re in for a surprise. It’s quite the theme. Pictures don’t do justice. You’ll enjoy this place,If you’re here for the weekend. I definitely recommend"

"The space was sufficient but there was lots of activity throughout the night surrounding the place during our stay, we didn’t feel the safest."

"Great location for what we needed. We were in town for my daughter surgery at STL Children's Hospital. We had easy access for everywhere we needed & wanted to go. The only cons that I had for this listing is the beds/matresses were very noisy and not very comfortable, the thermostat is on a timer to go back to a certain temperature making it hard to stay comfortable, we used the oven twice, to make frozen lasagna for dinner and cinnamon rolls for breakfast and the fire alarm upstairs kept going...

"The property was in a location convenient to many main attractions in St Louis. It was nice having a dedicated parking space, although street parking was available too. The neighborhood was quiet, and people we encountered were friendly. Beds were comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed to get going in the morning. The property does need to be painted and freshened up for a little nicer appearance. I would stay there again."

"Both my husband and myself loved the fenced in yard. It was so convenient for our dog. We found the bed in the primary very comfortable, ,(you have to like soft beds). The location was perfect for us, just 6 miles down Gravois to Afton, and hanging out in Soulard. Plus we just hopped on the interstate to go home to Wisconsin."

"Home was exactly as described online. Loved that there was coffee bar and snacks provided by host. Although we didn’t utilize game room it would be great for a family with teens. This was a quick trip for us but my husband has said he would love to come back and stay in this property again (and I agree with him). Matt was great at communication and his home is beautiful!"

"Very pleased with our recent stay. Extremely close to I-44 and I-64 for getting around St Louis. Property is a newer build in the area and stands out as a modern place for your stay. Three levels with all bedrooms on the third level. Other amenities were as described and well appointed. Property owner was responsive to questions and any concerns that arose during stay. Highly recommend that if a stay in St Louis and this area fits your needs, book this one!"

"We needed a place to stay with all our furbabies and the Cozy Corner was perfect for us. It was 5 minutes from our house that we are selling. The home was small but it worked for our needs, had a living area, sleeping area and great internet. Washer and dryer worked great. We could walk across the street food or drive a couple minutes down the road. Close to park, dog park, and any amenities you could need."
