A short two miles from Grady Brown Park, you'll have access to a boat ramp with boat trailer parking, canoe/kayak launch, fishing dock, sandy beaches, and picnic areas on the Choctawhatchee Bay. Thomas Pilcher Park is also located at the 331 bridge for fishing & boat launch. Bring your boat or wave runners. This home has lots of available room for parking. 20-minute drive to Grayton Beach or Topsail State Park Beach Access with parking/restrooms. Other public beach access available along 30A.
