Stayed one night at this hotel, overall was good. €15 a night for underground parking was a bit too pricey.

The hotel switched a/c on purpose off & it was extremely warm 5degree above recommended sleeping temperature , when window has to be open , it doesn’t open completely & the people are loud and drinking at the entrance of the hotel. Shower awful floods the bathroom if you are not showering against the wall.

Dear Amarilys, thank you very much for the honest feedback! Regarding the ventilation, we cannot control it ourselves because it is centrally controlled. You would have liked the opportunity to open the window completely by contacting our reception. These could have helped you further. We are very sorry that our hotel guests were too noisy and that they were dissatisfied with the bathroom and the stay itself. We therefore hope that you can soon give us a second chance to offer our guests an even better stay.

One staff member was very helpful, the other was not hrlpful at all about getting to the train sta. His English was terrible. He knew nothing. It made me cry. Luckily the other staff, shewS ble.

Prima hotel
Prima en schoon modern hotel. Half uur lopen van de binnenstad. Alleen als je de ontbijtruimte bezoekt op het spitsuur, dan kan de logistiek het allemaal niet aan. Dan is er geen brood en allerhande zaken zijn op. Om na een drie kwartier weer op te lossen.

Great place
It was a nice stay we can’t stay longer because we have to take another bus, but we have a good experience, clean room, more ir less close to the center, good transport routes and amazing staff, thank you for the experience
