"The room was spotless and I also like their various ‘green policies’ (e.g. not providing guests with plastic laundry bags) The staff were incredibly helpful (our flight was delayed 24 hours and they helped us book for the following evening) Location is great! Very close to the stadium, Chinatown and short walk to lots of amenities. Would definitely recommend and we would definitely stay here again!"

"Great staff provided great service. Location of hotel was excellent for us flying in and out from Haneda - very close to the airport limousine route. Hotel itself was a bit dated but was clean and spacious, in Japanese standard of course. With the price I paid for a comfortable night there is no complaints."

"Although the room was very clean and tidy, with all the appliances, The stairs was not mentioned anywhere. Not easy to climb the stairs with luggages after 10 hours of flight. The communication with the personal was poor."

"There's only outdated reviews on Expedia but based on my experience: Hotel is clean and is nearby public transportation. However hotel location isn't in the safest neighborhood, I was actually warned by locals in the area. Front desk staff isn't friendly at all. Stopped at front desk a few times to get information about area, they came off standoffish. The "bed" isn't comfortable at all. I made the best of it for a few days however I wouldn't return. "
