"The space was larger than it appeared to me online. I was able to make our Christmas feast with the available bowls, cooking utensils, pots and pans. The conveniences of hand towels, dishwashing liquid, dishwasher pods were appreciated. Games were available to play in front of the gas fireplace. It was great that our pup was able to snuggle on the floor next to us as we watched our favorite Christmas movie. Quiet neighborhood, good for walks or runs…. and a washer/dryer with laundry pods for the running clothes. Great place! The owners were very available, though we didn’t need to call since everything was covered. "

"We were unable to checkin, door code didn’t work. Host was unresponsive. Host eventually replied that they were 2 hours away and were coming. However,. Cleaners were unable to get in to clean up after previous guests. Host claimed they were unaware of issue. We were literally left without a place to stay. Host refunded the “rental” fee but did not cancel our reservation with Vrbo. Vrbo will not refund our fee as host did not “cancel” our reservation. Needless to say it’s currently a wild goose chase. "
