"We are beyond thankful for the staff to allow us to check in early, but our room and the property as a whole were not that clean. Our pillows look like they had been on the floor. They had dirt, and possibly body hair, on them. The walls and doors were dirty from hand prints, liquid splatters, and dust. Top decorative Shaw on the bed were not clean and both beds had stained bed sheets. Not in the most pleasant area. Nothing happened but gave the vibe that anything shady could happen. Wasn’t the worst, but far from the best. "

"Great stay and accommodation for our golf trip. Clean and great communication. The only surprise was the train coming through after midnight. The horn was a bit startling but other than that it was excellent "

"The house was clean, stocked well with towels and coffee, and had lots of seating. The back yard is nice and big for kids to run around. Beautiful backyard to relax and bbq. The house is more loved than it appeared in pictures, but it was very clean."

"The host appeared interested to fix the issues but it was too late. My suggestion is for them to find another cleaning service because the property is nice but the upkeep is not being maintained. I found a cigarette bud inside a non smoking home. A dead fly on the pillow of a bed that my grandchild were going to sleep. The white curtains look stained from dog urinating on them. The trundle mattress filthy the furniture in the sitting area filthy the carpet filthy. We had to go purchase cleaning supplies to clean the areas that we were using since I was there for a surgical procedure. No concessions were offered other than sending the cleaning crew back out that didn’t properly cleaned the first time!"
