"Our room had a broken fridge and a broken shower curtain rod that made water spill out of the shower. When I tried to check out in the morning, no one was there that I could bring these issues up with, so I just had to leave my room key on the desk and just hope I wasn't billed for the damage that I didn't cause"

"Arrived and given room that had not been cleaned. Corner trim fell off near entry door. One of 2 elevators out of service all 5 days of our stay. Toilet handle broken but maintenance did quickly fix it. Room not serviced -- always had to ask for clean towels. Disappointing breakfast -- should eliminate turkey sausage. Pancake machine inoperable. "

"Very clean, spacious area. Host, Kurtis, was polite and prompt."

"The space was lovely. Very nicely decorated and even has massage chairs! I was a bit concerned about the area once we arrived. It's in an older neighborhood. First impression wasn't great but it proved to be very quiet, close to the interstate and centrally located to our destinations. It was perfect for us. Communication with host was easy and timely."

"Very loud and uncomfortably busy late night “stuff” going on in the neighborhood. Dogs barking and motion lights on/off throughout the night. Only lock for door was the code lock which is apparently known by surrounding neighbors. Fortunately, the neighbors on the kitchen end of the house were helpful and friendly. Did not sleep at all. We had reserved it for two nights, got there after dark, left at 7 in the morning and did not return. "
