A couple of maintenance issues which were taken care of in 24 hours. There are a few others needing tended to and we left a list for the maintenance guy as he said he likes lists! Nothing major just regular home stuff."

"I picked this location due to the hot tub and other items. We found out the hot tub was not working after my wife and I purchased new bathing suits and went to use it. It was empty and dirty. I reached out after I got home knowing there was no way to get it filled and treated during our stay. I received “very sorry” you should have let us know during the stay. I paid up for this rental for the hot tub, and purchased new bathing suits we couldn’t use. The apology should have been much better, I do not feel valued as a guest. I could have booked something less expensive had I known prior. No offer to help, just two short messages. "

Great location with outdoor space, well stocked kitchen, and very clean. One of the cleanest places I’ve stayed in during my decades of yearly visits to the coast! I would recommend this to friends.
