"The host never responded to any communications. I tried calling, SMS, email and hotel.com chat. The agent also tried to contact them unsuccessfully. I had to wait until 4pm on the day of arrival before the agent agreed to re-book. After that I then had to wait for hotels.com to respond. Gave up and asked for a refund. These people will leave you oit of pocket, on the street, in the dark. Dangerous and unethical practice especially for lone female travellers."

"What a lovely retreat by the sea. Apartment was very clean and had all the kitchen equipment (pots, pans, potholders, utensils, etc) needed to prepare basic meals. We found the apartment to be very restful and enjoyed waking to the sound of waves on the shore. The laundry room with washer and tumbler was much appreciated. Lots of great restaurants in area and bus service was stellar. "
