"Great location. Good reception. Great food. Room great apart from view out of window. Could not use pool etc as was not advised there was staff training so not open in the afternoon. Only knew staff training when I had got ready and gone down to a notice on the door to enter. Times of pools opening times did not match online to inside times, so never got to visit."
"Check-in is at the the Bar to the left when you transverse the revolving entry door. No room refrigerator. Bathroom has a Cruise Ship Theme, extremely small. Water leaking a little from Shower (stationary glass (leaking) of sliding shower door) onto bathroom floor. Elevator making a large squeaking sound. Complimentary check-in Ice Tea is a small glass of premade house blend Ice Tea either with or without alcohol, very good. Note: Drink coupon is not for any other drink. Centrally located. Very close {across the street) to the WestQuay Mall and other outside mall shopping. Poundland, Tesco, Lidl are all on one street outside the mall. Asada grocery is nearby. Bus lines nearby. Very walkable venues from hotel. Quiet room. AC works well and also quiet. Overall, hotel is very nice and convenient."
"I received a warm welcome from the reception staff; the Deluxe Double room was clean and spacious; the bed and bedding were comfortable; the shower stall was large; the shower pressure was adequate. Unfortunately there was no fridge in the room, nor was it possible to have one brought in."
"The room was great! The restaurant had really good food and the bar had great cocktails!! If you have the time, highly recommend spending time in the city, there is so much history in Southampton!"
"Great location for events at Guildhall only couple mins walk through the park. Bars, restaurants all with easy reach. Nice well presented hotel. Good bar & restaurant
Rooms were spacious and clean. Coffee machine in the room was lovely. Mini fridge was handy too."
