You have to use a separate entrance after 3pm, which nobody explained to me so i was locked out of the hotel and had to call customer service. They didn’t know how to help me so they had to call the person that lives on the property to come let me in. "I cannot express how upset I got with Homaris. I booked a location, near a part of the Berlin Wall ( where the famous paintings are) and then they made my reservation in placed that was nowhere near!!! I was in a location that had nothing close at all. Besides that changing me to a location I never requested, I asked for instructions, they said “ you are in a premium location, just 10-12 minutes walk from the train and metro station”. "I must say, one man that worked at the bar and restaraunt was very kind. Informative. The rest of the staff was young adults. Not very good at what they were doing. Management is awful. There is no one there at any time of day, if one needs anything. It was a struggle (and a day wait) to get another pillow and towel. The pillows are empty pillow cases.
