Nice location, friendly receptionists, the breakfast service is outstanding. I stayed 5 days and I had no issues. It was a pleasant stay.

Love the setup of the room, which accommodates our family of 4 quite well. It feels like having two bedrooms although there are no doors for complete privacy, with the queen bed in one room, and two single beds in the other room. Beds are comfortable. We took a walk in the neighborhood at night. It feels safe because we did see girls walking alone there too. We were able to find street parking fairly easily for that one night. Not sure if this the case all the time. If you wanted guaranteed parking, don't forget to book one with the hotel ahead of time. The have a few spots, but were run out when we arrived.

"Great location being right on the river and close to pick up points for some of the tours.10 mins walk to museum island, the Reichstag and the Brandenburg Gate. Lots of bars, restaurants and shops close by too. Large, comfortable rooms and if you get the exec lounge access a really nice breakfast ..."
