"Unser Aufenthalt am Wochenende war insgesamt gut und angenehm. Besonders positiv ist uns die allgemeine Atmosphäre des Hotels aufgefallen. Bei der Sauberkeit gibt es jedoch noch etwas Verbesserungspotenzial. Es wäre wünschenswert, wenn der Staub regelmäßiger entfernt und die Dusche gründlicher gereinigt wird. Das Frühstück haben wir nicht gebucht, allerdings könnte ein etwas günstigerer Preis dieses Angebot attraktiver machen. Die Parkplatzmöglichkeiten in der Tiefgarage empfanden wir...

"Personal und Zimmer wirklich in Ordnung. Der Wunsch auf Umbuchung wurde aber ziemlich oberflächlich abgetan. Schade, aber Spandau war dann doch ein nettes Wochenende."
