"Great hotel, would definitely stay there again. We arrived in the middle of the night and the Receptionist was so welcoming. Room was lovely, bed was very comfortable and bathroom really nice! We went to the bar on the top floor but was disappointed. Would be better if there was table service."

"Great location, short walk to the station that links the airport train and can easily walk into the city centre so no need to take further transport. Room was clean and had everything it needed for a short stay. Breakfast was great and plentiful, exceeded expectation even with a hospitality strike in Norway. What made the stay wonderful was the staff, interacted with may different staff members and all was so friendly and helpful- credit to the staff, keep doing what you doing, keep up the great work and smiles."

"Staff great, hotel lovely, room nice - actual room was boiling constantly which impacted our sleep due to no working temp control in room and reception said they’d sort it but it did not seem to make a difference. "

"Great location, close to everything and walkable to all major attractions. Room is on the spacious side compared to the other hotels on my trip. Super useful to have a kitchen with microwave as food in oslo can be expensive. The only downside is that the shower and sink drain super slow. You can't shower for more than a couple of minutes or else you are flooding the shower."

"We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel and would gladly return again on our next trip to Oslo. The location is truly excellent — within walking distance of major tourist attractions, as well as countless restaurants, cafés, pubs, bars, and shops. Public transportation access was also incredibly convenient, with easy connections to train stations and the airport, which made traveling around the city stress-free. Our room was spacious, quiet, very clean, and located on the first floor, which we appreciated after a long international trip. The room included all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. One of the highlights of this hotel was the breakfast buffet. It was honestly one of the best hotel breakfasts we have experienced, with a wonderful variety and excellent quality selections. Another thoughtful touch was the sitting area next to the lobby where guests could freely access still water, sparkling water, tea, and coffee throughout the day. This was such a great convenience — no need to deal with boiling water in the room or being limited to instant coffee. Every member of the staff was friendly, respectful, professional, and genuinely eager to help. The level of service and hospitality we experienced here was honestly better than some 5-star hotels we have stayed at in the past. We especially want to thank the gentleman at the reception, KjenarAhmad. After a very long and exhausting journey, he graciously allowed us to check into our room s"
