Situated in the Lot Valley, between Figeac and Saint-Cirq-Lapopie, this Quercy house, adjoining the dovecote, dates from the 18th century, has been carefully restored and decorated, combining comfort, authenticity and ecology. The interior decoration, signed by local artists, is marked by peace and quiet, the bedding is very comfortable, the household linen is made of cotton and the kitchen, fully equipped with quality crockery and cutlery, opens onto the terrace on the same level. Within the hamlet, the wooded areas awaken the senses, and the view of the forest and hilly massifs provides an intense feeling of relaxation. On sunny days, you will enjoy swimming in our natural swimming pool, children will enjoy the playgrounds in the meadow. In winter, you will enjoy the open fireplace.Access by the terrace on the same level to the living/dining room (flat screen, TNT, "cantou" fireplace...), independent equipped kitchen, shower room on the first floor (spacious Italian shower), wc on the ground floor, 2 bedrooms on the first floor (1 bed 160 and 3 beds 90x200 including 1 bed 90 on the mezzanine).
