"Adequate parking "

"The front desk lady was terrible and rude. She took forever. She treated me like I was a criminal for no reason. My husband and I traveled all day to see our adult children and grandson. Last thing I need is a look down her nose attitude. Plus her hair was filthy and she was not well kept. "

"Okay first we get up to our room and the smell could knock you out floors were sticky window was cracked garbage can was full of old moldy coffee grounds the stairs going up B to our room the hand rail was duct taped when I took my dog out they bitched because I didn’t take her across the street all she did was peed on weeds and dirt so do not stay at this place it is a true dirt hole you just don’t feel safe"

"The hotel was clean and quiet, which is a big plus for me. The issues we had dealt with staff and communication. When we checked in we asked if late check-out was avalable. We were told yes, we could stay until noon, so I confirmed with the front desk attendant that we wanted late check-out and would leave by noon. Just after 11am a staff member was knocking on our door asking why we hadn't checked out. I told them we had confirmed late check-out. Not 10 minutes later another staff member came knocking at our door also regarding the late check-out and to make sure we knew we could only stay until noon...very rude and unnecessary!"

"Clean, new, fresh! This place was great. Rooms are spacious and lots of attention to detail."

"The breakfast was fantastic. The pool and the hot tub were clean and in good working order. The pool wasn't too cold. It was a good experience. We could have used more (or bigger pillows-when did hotels start cutting their pillows in half?). Also, more than on baby garbage can would be nice."

"No smoking allowed on balconies...$500 fine! Restaurant was "being renovated" but we're serving food in a conference room, classy"

"Room and breakfast (really weak) area was clean, but overall shabby facilities…. But the worst was a drunk, apparently across the hall kept trying to get into our room at 3am, and then convinced the desk clerk it was his room, and he opened our door… I had the door catch in place, and pushed it back shut…. Couldn’t believe the clerk didn’t verify first before opening the door… it was terrifying. Wanted a later check out, but was only offered 15 minutes… now I want a full refund. Don’t stay here! Internet wasn’t working either."
