"The property was nice. The pictures of the property make it look like it is a beach front property, but that is not the case. You can walk to the beach, but note that the hotel does not provide any beach amenities, i.e., beach chairs or umbrella. The hotel pools are very nice. We were disappointed to find that the weight machine in the fitness room was out of order. Overall, nice property. The staff was super friendly and helpful."

For $45 per person breakfast charge is a good example of excessive charges. As well, you had to pay for beach chairs if you're at the beach, which should probably be supplied to hotel guests.
