"For 5 star hotel some areas lack attention. First room allocated was pretty poor. Dirty glass on balcony, grubby tiles. Even worse was view below of major rennovation work. Building trucks and banging from 8am. Asked to move but told nothing available for 2 days and to contact reception next day. Was lucky to get a move to a much better room. Its not clear which areas are available to hotel guests. Most facilities on website encounter extra charges."
