"I had a wonderful stay at the HIP Palace Hotel in Málaga. Everything was spotless, from the rooms to the dining areas, and the organization was excellent. The reception team was very welcoming, and the customer service overall was outstanding. The breakfast and dining experience were truly amazing – delicious food, a wide variety of options, and a great price considering it’s all-you-can-eat. Everything was well prepared and presented. The hotel also offers many activities during the day and evening, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The location is fantastic, just about 20 minutes from Marbella, which made it very convenient for exploring the area. The only small suggestion I would make is to provide irons for guests. In most hotels, there’s either one in the room or available upon request, but here it wasn’t an option unless using their ironing service. Having a few irons available for guests would make the experience even more perfect. Overall, my experience was excellent, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Málaga. "Nice hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful. Skybar has beautiful views. The pool and seating areas are clean and comfortable. Room was clean and the kitchen is useful. An improvement I would suggest is to add a handrail and a shelf the shower. It was difficult to reach my toiletries from inside the shower particularly without a handrail for better balance. We enjoyed our stay and would choose this hotel again."
