I did not like that everything was extra, you had to pay to use the safe, use a kettle, use a towel for the swimming pool area. The pool area was only open from 1pm to 6.30pm. The towels in the room were dirty and the food was often only Luke warm. The only saving Grace was the position and great staff in the restaurant.

Christmas break.
Whilst we enjoyed our stay at the hotel it was a let down on two areas. Firstly the a/c wasn't working. This was corrected by the hotel giving us an electric heater. We were further assisted by the cleaning staff giving us extra bed covers. So all was good. Secondly the feature of this hotel is the rooftop pool area and bar. Christmas day we had to queue to get in as it was full. Now if it had been all guests OK, but no they allow the public in to use the bar, thereby denying hotel guests to enter. We were not the only guests to complain about this. But overall it was good, but not to rush back.

Pros: Hotel is nice and pretty, I loved the view from the balcony and the Pool & SkyBar was excellent overall. Good place to stay when staying in Fuengirola for weekend. Housekeepers are consistent. Cons: The beds of the hotel rooms were slightly below average as the mattresses weren't comfortable Services for parking & rules at the pool have a lot to be desired; during the reception, we were advised that cost of the parking was expected to be approximately 30 Euros for the two nights but were later advised that there is an additional cost of 50 Euros totalling 80 Euros. This was immediately cancelled and we chose to stick with local Parking. The rules at the pool were a bit confusing for my travel companions. Firstly; they were advised they could not be at the poolside while shirtless but we've seen people shirtless on the poolside, later on we were told this is allowed so as long as you are not walking around the Sky Bar. The Main issue we had at the hotel were the efficiency of elevators & how poorly they're positioned at the hotel as the hotel does have two buildings combined. Example: If your room has a balcony overseeing the city, you will need to get an elevator down to the reception, and then walk across to the second elevator and take this to the pool. There is only one elevator that leads to the pool There are 3 elevators that lead you to the hotel rooms. They are very slow, the weight limit is inaccurate & it sometimes never reaches your floor

Ok if at a reasonable price
Great price, good location, comfy if a little dated room. Roof top sky bar is good but not enough sun beds. Bizarrely the seats by the pool in the bar area did not allow you to sit there in swimming shorts or ladies in bikinis even if sat on towels and dry from not being in the pool. The lifts were a joke so if on a high floor you could be waiting 15 minutes for a lift. If price was right I’d stay again though

Hôtel bien emplacé, mais pas trop stylé
L'hôtel est bien emplacé, la piscine est agréable, mais on peut noter ces dysfonctionnements : - Ascenseurs anciens - Chambre très petite - Douche serrée - Porte WC qui ne se ferme pas - Brûlure de cigarette dans les draps - Tv de très petite taille - Pas de mini bar - Climatisateur qui ne fonctionne pas - Tres mauvaise isolation phonique, on peut écouter le ronflement des voisins

I could hear the next door people talking and had to ask them to lower the television as I could not sleep. Very thin walls? No night tables in room. Safe not working. Stopper on sink not working.

There was nothing in the room with hotel information on eg tried to get hold of reception We had to ask how to do this they told us a number which never worked There was a dog on our floor which barked and woke people up The hotel was full of men golfers which where noisy most of the time There wasn't any security going round to deter them

Had a lovely stay, the hotel was clean and airy and in a really good position! The food was okay, but a limited choice at dinner. Would stay again as breakfast only. Drinks really reasonably priced. Staff could not be more helpful, we checked in early and paid a small amount to check out late. The rooftop pool and bar was lovely! Beautiful view of the sea from balcony, upgrade was worth every penny!

Good value for money, small room with no amenities, but clean and modern. Front desk staff helped with confusing wifi access process. However, cleaning staff didn’t clean room for my 2-night stay, and 11 euro breakfast was very ordinary; little choice; cold eggs and sausages; eat elsewhere.

Easter break.
Check in was poor, room on 7th floor go to room both key cards do not work and have to return to reception for new cards. A/C in room did not work, no heat for the night time. Otherwise the room was good. But will not be rushing back for a long time
