We keep coming back here
Seven times we have stayed in this great house in Torreblanca. We like it because of the many rooms, its both spectacular and quiet location, the great balcony with its sunny late mornings etc. On the negative side; the location of the house on a cliff makes it exposed for strong winds, which occurs frequently in Andalucia. This can sometimes be a little bit disturbing, nighttime particularly, but has never prevented us to each year book a new stay here.

Great location, well-stocked property
We loved our stay at this property! The views were outstanding, had plenty of bathrooms, the kitchen and supplies were well-stocked. The beach was a short walk away and the little store down the road had everything we needed for our stay. We also loved the shade around the plunge pool, great for cooling off when the main pool was fully in the sun. I highly recommend this property for family stays, we would definitely stay here again!

Great place with a view
We have been four times to this apartment at La Roca. We love it for all the space, quietness, the lovely views! Only minutes from beach area/beachwalk and the difference in height between the property and beach level is easily coped thanks to an elevator.

Beautiful, clean and modern property
Myself and 5 friends stayed in Hanne's property for a long weekend in October. We were greeted by Vera when we arrived who welcomed us and explained how to enter and exit the complex. The property is in a great location, only a 10 minute walk to a clean sandy beach where we hired sunbeds for just 5 euros a day. Plenty of places to eat along the sea front. A very clean and modern building inside and out. The villa is located up on the side of a hill with fantastic views (there is a lift by the pool area for access to and from the street level by foot). The beds were extremely comfortable and there were plenty of towels, crockery, toiletries, etc. The 3 storey property has 4 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms spread across the 3 levels, including 3 separate terraces/balconies, providing ample space for six adults. Location is at edge of Fuengirola so is a little quieter, which we preferred. Only a 10 minute taxi ride to Fuengirola main town. Easy access from Malaga airport. (15 mins by car) We would definitely consider returning in the future. Hanne was always quick to respond and payment via PayPal was very easy.

The house is brilliant. Very well laid out, with some great outdoor spaces as well as in doors. The house was clean and functioned well. The views were amazing. Hanne was very helpful when I did need to contact her. The shared pool was great, and very close to the house. There were plent of restaurants and a supermarket within easy walking distance of the house.

Ideal villa and location
We had a great week. All prior information we had been given and customer reviews were exactly as we found it. A very clean and contemporary building inside and out. Villa has all that you need - beds extremely comfortable and plenty of towels etc. The 4 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms spread across the 3 levels was ideal for 5 adults, and allowed us all our own privacy. Location is at edge of Fuengirola so is a little quieter, which we preferred. Easy access from Malaga airport, although our sat nav didn't seem to understand the one-way road system around the property! Plenty to do in immediate area and beyond. Would definitely consider returning to villa and area in the future. Hanne was always quick to respond and payment via PayPal very easy, even for me!

Dear Hanne We had a great time staying a couple of days in your lovely house. Everything worked brilliant and it really is a fantastic location only 5-7 minutes walking to the beach - close to everything in a private and quiet part of the city. The view is fantastic from the terrasses in the house as well as from the communal pool-area and we enjoyed lunch on the terrasse (in february). Nice villa with stunning view on Fuengirolas beach
We spent 4 days in this nice villa in Fuengirola. The beach is 10 mins far and easily reachable by walk. Inside there’s a large parking lot fpr up to 2 cars. Everything was perfect and cosy for all of us. Communication with Hanne has been smooth while the phone communication with the local manager in english was a little bit complicated. The house has everything in the kitchen as well for towels, linens etc. Overall a nice place to start for other places to visit (Ronda, Marbella, Torremolinos) , but also a relaxing place with a noce pool when you come back at home. Thanks

Absolutely fantastic
Fabulous house/apartment. We lacked nothing! Hmmm!! A microwave maybe. Hahaha. A joke! It was marvelous and we will come back. Minus it was two nights when people having a party at the pool. It was stopping around one a clock in the morning. Not so nice. Lot’s of people smoking and drinking in the pool. Daytime. The pool is too small for so many people using it. We like to cook and we prefer a gas grill. It was very windy a couple of days and we choose not grill. Our grandchildren are so satisfied and pleased to have a own pool and take the elevator to the sea.

Wir waren als Familie in der Nebensaison da. Die Wohnung ist top. Mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht inkl strandbadetücher Sonnenschirme zum Mitnehmen und nun auch ein Babypool den wir da glassen haben:) Torreblanca ist ausserhalb von Fuengirola ein uber aber ist nur 6 euro. Wenn man am Amend etwas mehr unterhaltung möchte oder shoppen will muss man schon nach Fuengirola gehen. Liegen und Schirm am Strand um die 10Euro. An der Wohnung gibt es nichts auszusetzen alles super! Wenn fuengirola ein schönerer ort wäre würde ich ganz bestimmt wieder diese Unterkunft wählen

Nous étions 6 jeunes à profiter de cette villa très moderne et équipée de tout ce dont on avait besoin (essuis, essuis de plage, sel, poivre, casseroles, couverts, verres, savon, draps...). Proche de la plage (6-7 min à pied), proche de la gare (10-15min à pied). Le centre de Fuengirola n'est pas très loin pour sortir (nous tentions de prendre le dernier train pour y aller, et un taxi pour rentrer, environ 7-8€ le taxi divisé entre nous). La piscine vend du rêve et il y a pas mal de transats à disposition (éclairée aussi la nuit). Très chouette séjour, avec une belle vue de la plage et du quartier. C'était également très calme pour se reposer.

Wir waren zu fünft (3 Kinder und 2 Erwachsene) mit Mietauto im April zu Gast. Das Ferienhaus ist genau wie beschrieben und einfach zu finden. Hier finden bequem 8 Personen Platz. Das Haus hat insgesamt 3 Etagen und einen Stellplatz für PKW innerhalb einer geschlossenen Wohnanlage. Es fehlt an nichts. Die Ausstattung ist komplett. Die Küche bestens für eine Selbstverpflegung ausgelegt. Sämtliche Küchengeräte sind vorhanden. Sogar eine große Auswahl an Gewürzen steht zur Verfügung. Besonders zu erwähnen sind die Terassen mit Sonnenschutz in jeder Etage. Die Buchung, Abwicklung und der Service vor Ort waren unkompliziert. Alles hat ausgezeichnet funktioniert. Wir würden jederzeit gern wieder Gäste in diesem schönen Ferien Haus sein.
