Superb location and views
A beautiful apartment with everything provided ..(.more spacioys than photos suggested..).cool bag beach chairs and umbrellas! Well equiped kitchen confy beds SUPERB bathroom ...Too sit on that terrace watching the beach life was great and the added bonus if a pool too ...best of both worlds !! Ursula and James are delightful people who where so helpful and friendly and gave us lots of helpful tips for places to see and restaurants etc. My only one negative ( and its not the aoartments fault ) was the noise of the extractor fan from restaurant below ( but not heard on terrace ) and the noise from them when setting up and closing down ...but no nouse overnight so pleaceful sleep .so hence the 4 stars not 5 overall

Everything about our stay was excellent. We stayed in Marfolin 16 which is by far the best of the various Marfolin apartments we’ve stayed in. It’s very well appointed and in an excellent position We had a very happy holiday

Lovely apartment with stunning views and position
We loved our stay. The apartment is spacious and comfortable, and very well equipped. But it is the position overlooking the beaches that makes it special. Time spent sitting on the terrace, or on the bed, looking at the ever changing seascapes was the best bit of th holiday.

Wonderful Stay
Brilliant from the start! Ursula was waiting for us and was so lovely explaining everything. The apartment is very clean, quiet and well equipped. Loved the communal pool and a great choice of eateries at the bottom of the complex. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend to anyone :)

Excellent location for beach holiday with bonus pool
Marfolin 16 was an excellent choice for our holiday, the beach is literally on your doorstep. The apartment was well equipped in a wonderful location (we will recommend to our family and friends and will stay again). There is a number of bars and restaurants catering to all tastes within the apartment complex. Would suggest a car hire if wanting to get out and about.

The apartment is perfectly placed, right next to the beach and close to many good restaurants. It is spacious, well equipped and obviously well maintained. Views from all rooms and the balcony are stunning. In a word, perfect.

Our favourite ‘come back’ place. Determined to visit again this year. We had booked 2 trips before the pandemic broke. Having had to lose one trip we really wanted this one. We contacted the local reps and property owner and they kept us well informed on the changing local situation. Not disappointed. Thoroughly loved our visit Accommodation excellent. Fabulous beaches and sunshine. Quieter than usual of course with sad sights of places that have had to shut down. If there is any chance we can return as we usually do next year we will. Felt safer than at home.

The best place we have ever been.This apartment are by far the best we have ever stayed in.This is right on the beach with the most stunning views.From every window all you see is the fantastic beach.The apartment is fab and the balcony is just to die for.So well kept and everything in it and more.The most comfortable bed i have slept in.We really dont want to tell anybody else about this little jem.Mark and Joanne the owners are so lovely to deal with and caroline and ian who look after it are just amazing people.what can we say other than this is our home from home .

The best ocean view you can think of on Fuerteventura, really. The Marfolin complex is just the right spot to stay with kids, safe beach right in front, the fenced garden and the two pools are also mind-settling. Fully equipped apartment and amazing people managing it. I can only recommend it to everyone.

Die Lage, direkt am Strand
Diese Unterkunft hat aus jedem Fenster einen fantastischen Blick aufs Meer, sogar aus dem Badezimmer. Der Service ist hervorragend, man hat jederzeit einen Ansprechpartner der sich sofort kümmert. Optimal für Reisende ohne Auto, da ein Flughafentransfer angeboten wird mit anschließendem Großeinkauf. Die gute Betreuung gibt besonders Alleinreisenden ein sicheres Gefühl. Rundum ein super Paket, alles sehr schön, Lage, Einrichtung, Sauberkeit, Service, tolle Terrasse alles könnte nicht besser sein!

The only criticism is (sometimes) loud music from "Leo´s Bar" and the noise when the bars opens or closes. Apart from that we loved it.

Schöne Wohnung - traumhafter Ausblick
Wir hatten das Glück, bereits mehrfach diesen Ausblich in der schönen Wohnung genießen zu dürfen. Es ist alles in der Wohnung vorhanden, um einen entspannten Urlaub im schönen el Cotillo zu erleben. Supermarkt und schöne Restaurants in der Nähe und das Meer vor der Tür, was will man mehr. Das Badezimmer wurde renoviert - Gratulation dazu. Vielen Dank an Ursula für die nette Betreuung. Wir freuen uns schon jetzt auf das nächsten Urlaub.

Es war wieder mal ein sehr schöner Urlaub ,den wir in El Cotillo verbracht haben. Wir kommen schon viele Jahre hier her und haben diese Jahr im Apartment 16 gewohnt. Die Anlage und das Apartment ist für uns das schönste in El Cotillo.Der Blick ist einzigartig ,besonderst im Apartment 16.Egal in welchem Zimmer,man schaut immer auf das Meer. Mit dem Vermieter lief alles tiptop. Wir kommen wieder.

Phantastische Lage
Die Betreuung war außergewöhnlich gut. Die Wohnung ist in einem sehr guten Zustand. Der Meerblick ist großartig, sogar vom Bett und von der Dusche aus. Die Terrasse großzügig möbliert, mit Liegen und Sofa. Immer wieder gerne!

Eine schöne und saubere Wohnung mit Blick auf das Meer.
Für uns eine wirklich tolle Unterkunft. Die Wohnung hatte viel zu bieten und wir waren sehr zufrieden. Hätten jederzeit Kontakt zum Vermieter aufnehmen können. Und dann kamen die antworten sehr pünktlich, uns wurde immer geholfen. Der einzige minus Punkt war für uns, dass unter uns ein Restaurant war. Wir waren selbst abends relativ leise wegen unserem Sohn, da konnte man die Musik hören. Was uns aber mehr gestört hatte waren abends (22 Uhr) das Tische rücken und zusammenschieben. Da könnte man sicherlich mit denen reden. Wir hatten direkten Zugang zum Strand. Es war ansonsten sehr ruhig. Wir konnten zu Fuß morgens zum Bäcker und alle Kleinigkeiten erledigen. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder buchen.

Short and snappy ..... one of the best spots i had. From the beginning everything went perfect!!!! Owner and support were amazing. Spot in perfect condition, amazing view!!! I loved it and i will definitly come back!!!! I recommend everyone this flat!!!! Thanks for everything! Kurz und Knapp .... einer der schönsten Spots die ich hatte. Von Beginn an lief alles super. Besitzer und Verwalter/ Unterstützung waren super. Wohnung war in einem super Zustand. Wundervoller Blick aufs Meer. Ich habe es mehr als genossen und werde definitiv wiederkommen. MEINE EPFEHLUNG - diese Wohnung buchen!!! DANKE für ALLES

Une vue superbe !
Appartement idéalement placé avec une vue magnifique sur la plage d'El Cotillo. Proche du village, restaurants au rez-de-chaussée, supermarché à 100 m, un endroit parfait pour une semaine relaxante. Appartement propre et fonctionnel, résidence agréable avec une très belle piscine.

Ein Ort um die Seele baumeln lassen zu können...
Die Wohnung ist sehr gepflegt und gut ausgestattet. In der Küche ist alles vorhanden und genug Handtücher gab es auch. Schön war das die Bettwäsche und die Handtücher einmal gewechselt wurden, obwohl es auch eine Waschmaschine gibt. Von der Terrasse hat man einen traumhaften Blick auf den Strand von el Cotillo und die Sonne kann man ab morgens beim Frühstück genießen. Der schriftliche Kontakt mit den Vermietern war sehr nett und unkompliziert und die Verwalter sind sehr bemüht, dass man sich wohl fühlt. Es wurde sogar auf Wunsch für das erste Frühstück für uns eingekauft. Hier kann man sich wirklich gut erholen. Wir kommen sehr gern wieder.
