The gardens especially were beautiful. The rooms and balcony were large, and some effort had been made so they were not generic Canarian hotel rooms, all areas were spotless. Staff welcoming and helpful.

Great hotel

Great hotel, we are just back from a weeks stay as a family of 3, our daughter is 13 and there were loads of kids her age as it was Easter holidays. Hotel is spotless, staff are very friendly especially at reception. Rooms are a little dated but clean. It's a 10 minute walk to the centre with loads of bars and restaurants, it costs €3.00 in a taxi and it's a 5 minute walk to waterpark. There is a supermarket on site which is quite reasonable.

Amazing hotel, 10/10 would recommend!!

Honestly we were so surprised at the quality of this hotel, the room was so clean, the staff were friendly, the pools were great and the gym was so well equipped. We really enjoyed our stay and would come back again!
