"We loved the accommodations, very comfortable and a lovely view of Mount Fuji.
The hot water didn’t work very well but they made arrangements for us to use the spa"
"It is fine stay if you come with friends and family to do BBQ. But not quite the thing for an international traveler. Service was great however and one can see that they are trying to improve the place.

"We chose Mystays Fuji Onsen Resort based on reviews and it exceeded expectations! Stunning Mount Fuji views and the top-floor onsen with mountain scenery was incredible. Everything was spotless, restaurant had excellent breakfast and dinner at great prices, and the surrounding area is beautiful with plenty to explore. Convenient bus service to Tokyo Station for a reasonable price. Highly recommend!"
