"Highly recommend this property, Zahoor was exceptional front desk goes above and beyond, will stay again next time. Thank you for making our trip comfortable and memorable."
"The hotel was well located for exploring Osaka. In a residential area close to transport. The staff were very friendly and the free coffee and water in reception was great. "
"We received a good sized run with two double bed (unfortunately, no king sized bed). The view to the castle is excellent. Breakfast is reasonable, but not great. Staff were very helpful."
"Close to few train stations and can travel to main business/shopping/tourist centre in half an hour, a good choice for budget trip.
Helpful and cheerful staff, clean room. "

"The hotel was stunning! Pictures don’t even do it justice, the room was very lovely and the view was amazing, I’d without a doubt stay here again when coming back to Osaka! "
"Accessible to train station. Nearby is an area nice to walk to anytime and shop/eat or visit the Osaka Castle - a pleasant surprise since it is quiet and plenty of trees!"
"The hotel looks quite new and is well presented & maintained.
The rooms are larger than what you’d normally find in a Japanese hotel and this comes at a bit more of a cost. You do, however, get what you expect from a Doubletree. The Castle view at night is spectacular!"
"Great hotel in amazing spot with huge onsen! Namba station is right next door and so close to Dotonbori. Loved my stay here as the location was just amazing. The onsen could get very crowded but it tells you in the TV the levels of crowded so you can plan accordingly. Don’t miss a sunset on the rooftop! "
"The staff of Imperial Hotel Osaka are welcoming and offer excellent service. The room I stayed in was a smoking room - but it didn’t smell like it. The room was immaculate. The bathroom is large with great lighting. I didn’t use the restaurants on property but they do have 24hr service if needed.
Konnbinis are nearby! Lawson seems the closest…but 7-11 is near by too.
I like that the hotel is a short ten minute walk away from a train station. If you want to go to Dotonbori, there will be a further walk to a different train station. The hotel is a couple blocks away from Tenbashi shopping street."
