"Clean room, Staff are very helpful . Breakfast was just enough and good. Location very close to Mt Fuji Station within 5mins walk. Would be great if hotel provide pickup or send off to Mt Fuji Station because in the day when we checkout it was raining and we have to push our luggage to Mr Fuji Station to catch the train to Tokyo. If the weather was good we don’t mind pulling the luggage to the train station. However overall experience with the Hotel was good."

"Everything is excellent, top notch. The staff English is not good but they try everything to help. They were nice and very helpful. We left an expensive Jewelry in our room and we realized that when we came back home at USA, we contacted the Hotel, they immediately replied and tried every effort to send it to us. Now we have it. Thanks. We will come back the area and will stay here again next time."

"Didn’t really feel like a spa hotel. Yes they have hot baths, but most people from the uk won’t want to go in naked. We used the bath on the balcony which was nice. Apparently there are massage chairs in the spa area. "
