Staff are friendly and rooms and clean.

Perfect location and I liked the fact the hotel was small and had a good feel to it where bigger hotels can sometimes be soleless

The hotel is conveniently located and was easy for our family of 5. There are plenty of places to eat and go within walking distance. Staff were fantastic and very kind and helpful. We had an issue with the dryer in the room and they dried all of our clothes which was appreciated. Breakfast is not included so be prepared to find food in the area. There is a 7-11 around the corner but if you want a sit down breakfast you need to find a place that is open early enough. We also had an issue with a lot of places closed on Monday and Tuesday which was when we were staying in the area.

The bathroom was dirty. Tub was dirty, and on the walls and ceiling was mold. As for Japan hospitality- No pajamas was provided in the room.
