"Five star experience all the way! The room was large and immaculate. The staff even set out the bedding for us while we were out at dinner. The hotel had not just one, not just two, but three fully separate onsen areas! Each had multiple baths and each had at an outdoor bath too! The dinner was fabulous. It’s a chef’s choice dinner so there are no choices or substitutions but high quality throughout. The only negative is the hotel is in the middle of nowhere but that’s not unusual for these onsen towns."

"This was absolutely one of the worst trips I have ever done. Hotels.com help contribute to this. Not so great experience. Both the hotels.com and the resorts websites provided false information. The conditions were so bad that I landed up leaving a day early. I had to take someone to the hospital due to the dirtiness. I did not get refunded and I was actually charged more than what was expected. The location was great and the staff was great but they were unforgiving when it came to providing a refund or understanding the situation. Do not recommend this place unless you don't mind old worn down overcharged definitely not a two-star hotel resorts. One note you will have to pay for everything even if it says all exclusive."
