"This house was perfect for our family to gather for Thanksgiving. The space on the first level was perfect for the kids to hang out. The kitchen was well stocked to prepare our Thanksgiving dinner. We loved having a bathroom attached to every bedroom. Booking was easy and communication was great. We look forward to visiting again. "

"Kitchen was fully equipped. Hot tub was very nice. Beds comfy. Very clean. Only thing was the listing did not show a pet fee of 175, BUT with communication from the realty company, they waived it for us since its NOT in the listing at all. Did you know you can book directly with Reaort Realty and save yourself 10%! I didnt! I love VRBO but that really sucked to learn that. SO go directly to the company website "

"I am so glad i found the FCI for our first trip to the Outer Banks. We really enjoyed our six night stay there during the last week of October. Our room was perfect for us and the yummy hot breakfast every morning was amazing. We chose a historic inn rather than a hotel or airbnb because we like the more personal touch an Inn provides. Lisa, the innkeeper, was very helpful and friendly. Beth, the Manager and breakfast chef was super hospitable. With the beach just a short walk away...we could not have asked for a better value stay on the OBX. We will definitely stay there again on our next trip."

"We had a great stay. Excellent location, easy to get in and out to places. Several of the seafood restaurants are very close.The views from the condo were excellent and we were able to take advantage of the balcony overlooking the beach. The sound of the waves crashing was so relaxing!If we decide to come back we would look to stay here again. Highly recommended."

"Excellent vacation experience—house descriptions were accurate. The dune bench was great in our windy days (50 mph); the dune laurels shielded the dune-top benches, so we could enjoy the atmosphere sans wind.Location is great if you enjoy classic beach restaurants; Whalebone seafood market is near and great for seafood at the house."
