Fantastic Host In Great Location

Constantino was a wonderful host who was incredibly kind, welcoming, and thoughtful. The location of the apartment was top notch, we could not have been any more central. Cant wait to come back!

Funchal

Easy to get to main Old Town. Would have like screens on windows. Need to clean fans . Couldn’t use with the dust in them. Overall good stay.

Excellent for Funchal and exploring the whole island.

The flat itself is perfectly located within walking distance of everything in Funchal, 1 min from Mercado dos Lavradores and 5 from the Marina. Constantino is a great host. He communicates before the stay and during to ensure everything is well and made check-in really easy and informative. His local tips were great and he provided web links for many of the walks/hikes around the island. The car parking is in a garage and is perfect so that you can explore the whole island. The flat has all essentials that you need, full kitchen, comfortable bed and lounge area. The online pictures are true and infact we found the flat very spacious.Checkout was also simple.I can certainly say I would recommend this stay and if we visit Madeira again, we would not hesitate to return to Constanstino’s accommodation.

Wir hatten eine ganz tolle Zeit in dem Apartment von Constantino. Nicht nur war dieses gemütlich eingerichtet, geräumig und sauber, auch die Lage war großartig. Man wohnt direkt im alten Stadtzentrum, sodass man Funchal sehr gut zu Fuß erkunden kann. Durch einen zusätzlichen Tiefgaragenstellplatz wenige Gehminuten entfernt, kann man die Insel aber ebenso gut mit einem Mietwagen erkunden und hat damit die beste Ausgangslage (öffentliche Parkplätze sind in dem Viertel sehr rar). Constantino war sehr gastfreundlich und hilfsbereit. Nicht nur hatte er ganz tolle Tipps für Unternehmungen, Wanderungen und Restaurants, sondern half uns auch bei der Organisation eines Taxis für unsere Rückreise zum Flughafen.

Es hat uns in der Wohnung an nichts gefehlt, es war sauber und der Check-In lief reibungslos. Der Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich und hatte uns schon eine riesige Obstplatte bereitgestellt, ebenso hat dieser uns viele Tips für Madeira gegeben. Die Wohnung ist in perfekter Lage, 5 min zur nächsten Badestelle, 2min zum nächsten Supermarkt und 2min in die Altstadt. Wir waren sehr zu frieden und hatten eine gute Zeit hier.
