Blue View, a Home in Madeira

Blue View is a studio for two in the Lido area, right by the sea, with a balcony facing the ocean — in a complex with a swimming pool and a tennis court, a few minutes' walk from Forum Madeira and the Promenade.

The studio is 38 m² and comprises a queen-size double bed (160 × 200 cm), a sofa, a kitchenette, a bathroom and a balcony with sea views.

The studio is equipped with a refrigerator, a washing machine, a ceramic hob, an oven, a microwave, a coffee machine and other utensils, as well as bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi (200 Mbps), a TV with international channels and other amenities to ensure a pleasant and relaxing stay.



📍 NEIGHBOURHOOD

The apartment is at the main touristic district of Funchal. Within 5-minutes' walk there are several restaurants, bars, shops, supermarkets and attraction centres. It is 150 m from Forum Madeira Shopping Centre, 600 m from Ponta Gorda swimming facility and 1.1 km from the Lido Swimming Complex via the Lido Promenade.

The apartment has easy pedestrian access to seaside Lido Promenade, bus stops near the building and is easy to drive from and to the major roads. Aerobus from airport has a bus stop 150 m from the building entrance.

Free parking on the property is subject to availability. If, on occasion, no space is available on the property, there are car parks nearby.

The pool is not heated, but it is open all year round and can be used if the weather permits, unless temporary maintenance work is underway.

The studio is located in a high-density residential area with shops and services, where there is potential traffic noise, mainly during the day and if the windows are open.

Renovation works are under way in the building and in neighbouring apartments, which may cause noise during the day.

Weekly maintenance cleaning, including a change of bed linen and towels.

The accommodation does not have air conditioning.

We strongly recommend that guests purchase travel insurance covering cancellations or other unforeseen circumstances that may prevent their stay.

Due to the island's location and climate, the presence of insects is natural, and they may be attracted by food scraps. We kindly ask that you keep surfaces clean and food properly stored.

For those sensitive to mosquito bites, we recommend using repellent when getting around the island.

An online pre-check-in form will be sent to collect the identification details required by law.

In-person check-in is by prior appointment. We will wait up to 60 minutes after the scheduled time; beyond that, it may be necessary to arrange a new time.

So that we can resolve any issue promptly, we ask that you report any faults or cleaning shortcomings immediately. Reports made after check-out may no longer be verified or resolved.
