This spacious and beautifully designed 100 m² three-bedroom apartment in Madeira is the perfect retreat for families and friends seeking a relaxing and memorable stay.
Located on the second floor and easily accessible by lift, it offers a bright and welcoming space with everything you need for a comfortable getaway.

The living room is thoughtfully furnished with a cosy sofa, a TV for all your favourite shows, and a dining table where everyone can gather for meals. Step out onto the private balcony, complete with seating, and enjoy the stunning views while you relax.

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious home-cooked meals, including a stove, oven, microwave, essential cookware and cutlery.

The master bedroom features a king-size bed, hotel-quality linens, and its own ensuite bathroom for added privacy. The second bedroom is also fitted with a queen-size bed, while the third bedroom offers two comfortable single beds, ideal for children or friends.

Both bathrooms are stocked with fresh towels and complimentary toiletries to ensure a hassle-free stay.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

This property is located in the São Martinho parish of Funchal, in the Centromar area, just a short walk from the Passeio Público Marítimo. This scenic seaside promenade is ideal for relaxing walks and enjoying the ocean views.

Guests will find a great selection of cafés, restaurants and local bars nearby, including Cavacas Beach Bar, which offers a relaxed atmosphere and beautiful coastal views. Art lovers can visit La Salita Madeira, a nearby gallery that features exhibitions and cultural events.

Public transport is easily accessible, with bus stops such as Rua Ponta da Cruz, just a few minutes’ walk from the property. The local bus network connects you quickly to Funchal city centre, the Lido area and other parts of the island, making it easy to explore Madeira without a car.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
