I checked in for 1 night for a wedding I was attending and this location , the staff and the beautiful views were absolutely amazing . I would definitely stay here again . Everything was perfect .

Good hotel but not as expected

Good hotel and new but the service was not as expected however it is good. The breakfast area was really good however the quality of food is not as good as it should be. Ordered french toast and was below average with a layer of fried eggs on it, and tried the pancake and taste like eggs too!!

Fantastischer Aufenthalt

Wir hatten einen fantastischen Aufenthalt im Les Suites. Hier bleibt kein Wunsch offen. Angefangen beim atemberaubenden Blick, den erstklassigen Suiten mit Fahrstuhl im eigenen Zimmer, dem köstlichen Essen bis hin zum stets sehr freundlichen Personal. Hier konnte die Seele baumeln. Corona-Maßnahmen werden hier wie in ganz Madeira groß geschrieben, so dass wir uns auch äußerst sicher gefühlt haben.

If you want a real treat stay at the les Suites

We had a garden suite which was amazing. Very private and quiet with a wonderful view across the bay. The best hotel we have ever stayed in. The staff were excellent very friendly and helpful. The restaurant was positioned so you could have the most amazing views. The included breakfast has every breakfast food you could think of. The evening meals just wonderful. You can use the facilities of the Cliff Bay Hotel but the pool and gardens at the Suites are just for the people staying at the Suites which makes it so quiet. Thank you to everyone for giving us such a great holiday we will definitely be back!

Moderne Suiten an Traumlage!

Unsere hohen Erwartungen wurden sogar noch übertroffen. Die sensationelle Lage, die geräumigen und modernen Suiten, das tolle Konzept, das leckere Essen und das zuvorkommende Personal, war wunderbar. Verbesserungswürdig ist der Service in der Lounge und am Pool sowie ein eigener Shuttle (nicht von der Gruppe im Reisecar) in die Stadt wäre wünschenswert. Fazit: Wir werden wieder buchen!
