Quebra Costas I is an elegant duplex apartment, ideal for those looking for a comfortable stay in the heart of Funchal. With a capacity for 4 guests, it’s perfect for couples, friends, or small families wishing to discover Madeira in style.

The apartment offers two bedrooms: one with a double bed and a private bathroom with a bathtub, and another with two single beds. There is also a second full bathroom in the hallway, also with a bathtub, providing both practicality and comfort.

The social area includes a cozy living room and a fully equipped kitchen. Upstairs, there is a lounge space with a desk—perfect for reading or remote work—and access to a balcony with magnificent views over the city of Funchal.

Although there is no private parking, a public parking lot is just 50 meters from the entrance, ensuring easy access.

Located in a central and quiet area of Funchal, this apartment allows easy access to the city on foot. Nearby you’ll find restaurants, shops, supermarkets, and tourist attractions. OTHER OBSERVATIONS
- We inform that a Municipal Tourist tax will be charged for person staying overnight in the municipality of Funchal. All guests staying in tourist developments and / or accommodation establishments, aged 13 or over, will be charged 2,00€ per person/night, up to a maximum 7 nigths stay/ 14€ per person. Close to your arrival, you will receive the link to pay this fee.
- According to Portuguese law, all guests are required to present a valid ID. (passport or identity card).
- Check-in hour must be scheduled in advance. If it is not scheduled within a maximum of 48 hours before, guests will be subject to the availability of our team.
- All bed linen and towels are provided. We can also put a baby cot, a high chair and a baby bath if needed, but you should request. There are a first aid kit, extinguishers and fire blanket in the property.

Apartamento cómodo y bien situado

El apartamento está bien situado y tiene buenas vistas desde la terraza, salón y habitación. Cuando llegamos tuvimos que llamarlos porque no sabíamos el código para coger las llaves ni el piso donde estaba el apartamento, algo que deberían de habernos dicho antes. Cuando llegamos también teníamos el estor de la cocina en el suelo y dijeron que se pasarían lo antes posible para comprobarlo pero allí creo que no fue nadie, porque seguía en el sitio donde lo habíamos apoyado. El apartamento es amplio, con una cocina bien equipada, una habitación con dos camas y otra habitación con cama doble. El salón también es muy grande y cómodo. Los baños quedaron sin reformar, al igual que las puertas de las habitaciones. Es un buen sitio para pasar una semana
